You found this for a reason.
Maybe there's a quiet sense that you should be further along by now. More certain. Clearer about who you are and what you want or where you're going.
Maybe you've spent years trying harder, doing more, working on yourself, searching for the thing that will finally make everything fall into place.
If something in you recognised itself in these words, this space was made for you.

Come exactly as you are.
No pressure to speak or share. You're welcome to join the conversation, or simply listen.
No breakout rooms. No exercises. No polished version of yourself required.

Mother and daughter. Two generations, two perspectives, one shared truth.
Mother and daughter. Two generations, two perspectives, one shared truth.
Like many women, we spent years searching for answers outside ourselves. Trying harder. Managing more. Fixing what we thought was broken.
Jacquie spent decades striving for a finish line that never arrived - achieving, holding it all together, and quietly missing her own life in the process. Ellie tried to control every outcome, obsessed over getting it right, and exhausted herself chasing an identity she thought would finally make her feel enough.
What changed everything wasn't another tool or strategy. It was seeing something more fundamental - how the mind works, who we really are, and how our experience of life is actually created. And in seeing that, everything shifted. The overthinking quietened. The striving softened. Life began to feel like something to live, rather than something to manage. We reclaimed our power.
That's what we bring into the room - not as women who have arrived somewhere, but as women who have found the way back home to themselves. And who know you can too.

WHAT IS AMONG WOMEN?
WHAT IS AMONG WOMEN?
Not a workshop. Not a course. Not another thing to add to your list.
Not a workshop. Not a course. Not another thing to add to your list.
Among Women is a free monthly online gathering for women.
It's an hour to pause. To breathe. To be honest. To sit with other women who are done pretending everything is fine, and to discover, together, that the Well Power you've been searching for outside yourself has been within you all along.
It always has been. It always will be.
We meet on the first Thursday of every month, 7–8pm UK, online via Zoom.
All ages welcome - because wisdom exists in every season of womanhood.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE HOUR?
WHAT HAPPENS IN THE HOUR?
We begin by arriving. Really arriving.
We begin by arriving. Really arriving.
The conversation opens with whatever is alive for someone in the room that evening - something she's been sitting with, a question that won't leave her alone, or something that's been quietly weighing on her.
You might find yourself nodding along, recognising something in what another woman shares. You might feel moved to share something of your own. Or you might simply sit, listen, and let it land. There is no pressure to share, you are just as welcome to simply receive.
Jacquie and Ellie are there to hold the space and, with permission, ask the questions that go a little deeper, gently pointing toward something you may never have considered. The hour is shaped by what unfolds in the room that evening.

This isn't self-help. And it isn't therapy. It's an invitation to question the unstable belief system your life has been built on - and to discover that on the other side of that question is more freedom, more ease, and more possibility than you imagined was available to you.
Because that belief system, however robust it may feel, has simply been temporarily obscuring something that was never lost: your own innate power. Already alive within you. Always moving through you.
At The Well Within, we believe many of the struggles women experience aren't signs that something is wrong with us. Often, they are invitations - pointing us back toward something we've never lost, but simply forgotten.

The healing we do for ourselves is the cleanest baton we can pass forward - a way to hand love back along the thread.
